Country Kitchen Potato Salad
No picnic table is complete without this summertime favorite.
Ingredients
- 4 cups diced cooked potatoes
- 2 hard-cooked eggs chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped pickle
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp Instant Minced Onions
- 2 tsp Bon Appetit
- 1/8 tsp MSG
- 1/4 tsp White Pepper
- 1 teaspoon dry Mustard
Instructions
- Put potatoes, eggs, celery and pickles in bowl.
- Blend together remaining ingredients and gently mix with potato mixture.
- Chill.
Notes
Substitute Instant Minced Onion with 1/4 to 1/2 sliced Red Onion.
Substitute dry Mustard for 1 tbsp Grey Poupon Mustard.
Substitute dry Mustard for 1 tbsp Grey Poupon Mustard.
