Country Kitchen Potato Salad

No picnic table is complete without this summertime favorite.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced cooked potatoes
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickle
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Instant Minced Onions
  • 2 tsp Bon Appetit
  • 1/8 tsp MSG
  • 1/4 tsp White Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dry Mustard

Instructions

  • Put potatoes, eggs, celery and pickles in bowl.
  • Blend together remaining ingredients and gently mix with potato mixture.
  • Chill.

Notes

Substitute Instant Minced Onion with 1/4 to 1/2 sliced Red Onion.
Substitute dry Mustard for 1 tbsp Grey Poupon Mustard.
