Country Kitchen Potato Salad
No picnic table is complete without this summertime favorite.

Instant Minced Onions

White Pepper

teaspoon
dry Mustard
Instructions
Put potatoes, eggs, celery and pickles in bowl.
Blend together remaining ingredients and gently mix with potato mixture.
Chill.
Notes
Substitute Instant Minced Onion with 1/4 to 1/2 sliced Red Onion.
Substitute dry Mustard for 1 tbsp Grey Poupon Mustard.
